Contractors must ensure that they have been officially chosen for the booth construction before proceeding with the payment.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"424\" data-end=\"634\">The registration fee includes authorization for booth construction, processing of compliance documents, issuance of site access credentials, and coordination and supervision by INOPTICS during the setup period.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"636\" data-end=\"862\">Payments should be made via bank transfer or UPI. Payment details will be shared once the contractor is approved. Contractors must mention the company name, booth number (if available), and event name in the payment reference.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"864\" data-end=\"1008\">A payment confirmation receipt must be submitted to the organizing committee either through email or by uploading it on the registration portal.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1010\" data-end=\"1143\">The fee must be paid before any onsite work begins. Contractors who fail to pay will not be granted access to the exhibition grounds.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1145\" data-end=\"1303\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Only those contractors who have completed the registration process and paid the fee will be considered official and permitted to carry out booth construction.<\/p><\/div>","created_at":"2025-06-18 07:30:34"}]
